Cleansing Dinners

Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day and should be completed prior to 8pm to provide time for digestion and reflection before a 9:30/10pm bedtime.

Choose One Daily:

1. Celery Root Soup

2. Quinoa or Basmati Rice & Simple Veggies

3. Coconut Cashew Sambal

4. Vegan Tofu Scramble with Warm Veggies
