ZenSpot Offers Bhakti Flow, Qigong & Yin classes.

Classes at ZenSpot are offered as a 6-Week Series and teach different flows and stationary practices that are done standing, seated or lying down – all with a health benefit. A regular practice reduces stress; builds stamina; increases vitality; enhances the immune system; improves cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions; extends longevity and re-establishes the body/mind/soul connection.

  • Bhakti Flow Sadhana

    Bhakti Flow is a reflective class that energizes and calms the body and mind depending on the time of day on the Ayurvedic Clock. Movement, breathing and meditation techniques focus on stimulating, grounding and healing all systems of the body for optimal health.

  • Qigong Sadhana

    Qigong Sadhana is an invigorating class that awakens and stimulates the flow of energy throughout the body while centering and focusing the mind. This class combines principle elements of movement, Pranayam (breath work) and Meditation.

  • Yin Sadhana

    Yin yoga asanas apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. They are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved qi flow is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin aims at cultivating awareness of one's inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
