Classes at ZenSpot are offered as a 5 & 6 week series and incorporate different stationary and flow practices that are done standing, seated or lying down – all with a health benefit. A regular practice reduces stress; builds stamina; increases vitality; enhances the immune system; improves cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions; extends longevity and re-establishes the body/mind/soul connection. We guarantee you will leave feeling better.

You are welcome to choose a specific class series listed below, multi-class pass or just a single drop-in to come to any class at any time.
This class will focus on mindfulness in movement, meditation and breathing. Open to newcomers to mindfullness practices as well as those with experience. Learn the basics for building a regular practice for yourself. This is a 6-Week Series class.

Yoga for Everyone is for students of all levels, including beginners, that want to learn the foundation of yoga movement, breathing and meditation. This is a 5-Week Series class.

Mondays and Wednesdays
5:15pm - 6:15pm
Learn the basic movements for total wellness in this Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control related to tai chi. This class is for all levels and is especially good for beginners that are new to yoga and movement. This is a 6-Week Series class.

Gentle Yoga for Beginners is geared towards the beginner yogi. If you have never done yoga and need a little extra support and guidance, this is the perfect class for you. Classes are small and can be tailored to fit individual needs. This is a 6-Week Series class.

5:45pm - 6:45pm
Come spend your lunchtime with us for 1 hour a week! Yin Yoga for Beginners targets the deep connective tissues (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. The postures are more passive in nature and mainly done on the floor with supportive props to ensure maximum comfort. This class is perfect for all levels of student especially the beginner that is either new to yoga in general or Yin specifically. This style of yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax into postures and soften muscles for deeper relaxation. This is a 6-Week Series class.
