Life Coaching at ZenSpot is an exploratory process that allows each client to examine his/her whole self, in-depth, without the influence or feedback of family, career or society. It is an opportunity to realize individual passions, understand challenges and learn new ways to pursue what is most important and fulfilling in life. Life Coaching provides personal space for clients to slow down, take a breath and imagine "what ifs" in a safe environment while learning more about their strengths and how to appropriate them into the world. It is important to understand that Life Coaching at ZenSpot is not psychotherapy.
