About Reiki

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a Japanese healing technique that looks to channel the life-force energy in each of us to promote balance and peace. This healing technique aids in stress reduction, physical, emotional and spiritual healing, relaxation and promotes positive balance throughout one’s whole being.

What can I expect from a Reiki healing session?
Reiki (or life-force energy) is administered through the Reiki Master’s hands and is based on the principle that life- force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life-force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The Reiki Master serves as a positive channel to balance the energy in the client’s being to promote relaxation and well-being and address any special needs whether physical, emotional or spiritual.

Where does the Reiki healing session take place?
Reiki healing sessions can take place at ZenSpot Eugene, OR or in a location specified by the client. If a healing session does take place at a client-preferred location other fees will apply.

How long is a Reiki healing session?
Clients have the choice of 30 minute healing sessions or 45 minute healing sessions.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of healing sessions is contingent upon what the clients needs are. After discussion with a ZenSpot Reiki Master, the client can decide what best suits his/her needs.
