Stress Management at ZenSpot is a comprehensive coaching experience that provides clients with a toolbox of healthy alternatives to help handle stress in their daily lives. This toolbox ranges from relaxation techniques to fitness regimens to nutritional advice. Knowing that each client is unique, individualized programs are developed by a holistic stress management coach that will guide you toward a positive and healthy life of balance.
What can I expect from a stress management session?
Upon your first consultation you will receive a personal stress profile analysis that will serve as a launching off point in the development of a stress management portfolio. Subsequent counseling sessions will include but are not limited to:
A deeper understanding of the role stress plays in your life- both positive & negative (because not all stress is negative).
Diet and lifestyle techniques that can positively influence your ability to manage negative stress.
Alternative stress management techniques that will enable stress reduction and positive personal growth.
How to integrate your personal stress management portfolio into your regular fitness program.
Where does the coaching take place?
Coaching takes place at ZenSpot or in a location specified by the client. Sessions are also available via phone and Skype. If sessions take place in a client-preferred location other fees may apply.
How long is each session?
The first session is 60 minutes in length. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
Like most things, this depends on each individual client. In order to have a fulfilling experience and comprehensive stress management portfolio 3-5 sessions are suggested after initial consultation.

3 Sessions: $110.00 per session
4 Sessions: $105.00 per session
5 Sessions: $100.00 per session
